First, but not the last.

Well my first triathlon is complete, and it was a blast! I finished the whole race with a time of 02:01:35.5 Not bad, just a little over a minute and a half off my goal. Other great news is that I was the 7th highest fundraiser on the Walt Disney TriTeam!! I raised $2960 for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation!! Good job to all that donated and thank you very much for all the support. Thank You!! Another huge thanks to my lovely wife Tina, for all her support and help in getting me donations, motivation, my blog, etc. etc. I would of had a hard time doing it all without her! She also collected all the pictures from the race and put them together on our fancy website she designed! Thanks again everybody, can't wait to do it again next year! (Don't worry I'm already running and training hard!)

I've been working really hard for this and I thank you all for your support. It means a lot to me that you are all helping me support this cause. For those of that have yet to donate, better hurry, you won't want to miss the donor's luncheon we'll be throwing in thanks to our friends and family who helped support! Birthday's and Triathlons!!

Hello hello!! Been a while and haven't been blogging enough... I'll fix that!! So the triathlon is quickly approaching and so is is my birthday... and yes the two are related. This year , instead of all the extremly lavish gifts my fans usually send me, I am asking everyone to make a donation to Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation by sponsoring me at the Nautica Malibu Triathlon!! I am working really hard and hope to do really well in the race. So don't think I'm slacking or anything! It's super easy to donate and super important! Click here and donate money to a great cause for my birthday!! YAY ME!!!

Triathlon Training- Day 1

Well, it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Last night was the first group training for the Disney Tri-Team. I think I did pretty well considering... I was riding a mountain bike (not a road bike, that'll start next week), it was the first time I've ridden in a year, and I don't particularly enjoy running. We rode 12 miles and ran 3.3 I think some others did more or less depending. Anyway, I finished with no brakes, I wasn't exactly fast, but I didn't walk, that is important. I have no idea what my times were. I guess I'll start keeping track in a few weeks. All this training, I think I forgot to mention, is for the Nautica Malibu Triathlon. It's going to be fun! This is where I'll be keeping track. Hopefully I'll get some pictures going too!! Take care.
